3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly noted on our site.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.
If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

6. Wrong Shipping Address
Please double-check your address before placing an order.
If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for the package once it ships.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your support email] with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.
