At Zora, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:


  • Your item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  • All accessories, manuals, and included components must be returned.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@zoraredlight.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your:


  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of the product (if applicable)

Once approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Return Shipping


  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
